Appellate Authority: After raising a complaint to Jio Customer Care, if the customer is not satisfied with the resolution they provided, the customer can appeal further to Jio Appellate Authority. The appellate officer of that region will be available anytime between 10:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.(Monday-Friday). Customers are requested to contact with complaint number. Also, customers have to complain within 30 days after the expiry of the complaint resolution time limit.
